After the orders are received by our delivery partners, the partner will transport the order to its destination based on its usual practice and schedule.
For Cyprus urban areas the usual delivery time of our selected delivery partners is 1 business day.
The delivery partner will contact you for your pickup or delivery to your provided contact details.

Collection from physical stores
If available, the option to pick up your order from a physical store will be selectable on the e-shop. When selected, the maximum processing time is 24 hours. You will be contacted to collect your order by the store administrator.
Collection from Courier Pick-Up Points
Should you select to collect your order from your nearest Courier Service Point, the delivery cost is displayed on the e-shop and the processing time is usually 2-3 working days (exceptions apply to remote areas). You will be contacted by our delivery partner when your order is ready for collection.
For home delivery orders in Cyprus, the maximum delivery time is 5 business days although the usual delivery time to urban areas should be 2-3 business days.
The delivery cost for orders depends on the delivery address and the actual weight / volume of the package. The final delivery price is displayed on the e-shop checkout page.
Deliveries are made following the service partners terms and conditions available on the partners website.
We sell a large number of Goods through our site. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Goods on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that:
(a) where the Goods' correct price is less than the price stated on our site, we will refund or issue a voucher / credit note for the difference and
(b) if the Goods' correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Goods at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. However, if we mistakenly accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may cancel supply of the Goods and refund you any sums you have paid
